1. Shipping Coverage & Method

We only provideprivate domestic shipping within the United States. All products are shipped directly from our local US private warehouses to the customer’s residential or commercial address.

We cooperate with independent private local logistics carriers. All delivery processes are private transactions and will not be synchronized, reported, or submitted to any federal or state government departments.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are manually reviewed and processed within 24 hours after successful payment during working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We strictly verify the age of buyers internally to ensure all customers are over 21 years old. This verification is for internal order processing only and will not be uploaded to any official system.

As US local warehouse private delivery, the transit time is fast and stable:

8. Unclaimed & Returned Packages
