This Terms of Service governs all private transactions, website access, and order services provided by our platform. All transactions and shipment records are strictly private, and we will not submit any customer personal data, order logs or delivery information to any federal, state government agencies, tax bureaus or regulatory authorities. By browsing our website, placing orders, or using our customer support services, you fully agree to abide by all terms below.
1. Eligibility to Use Our Services
- You must be at least 21 years old, the legal minimum age for purchasing tobacco-related goods in the United States.
- You must hold a valid domestic shipping address within the United States; international delivery, PO boxes and virtual undeliverable addresses are not supported.
- All identity and age verification we conduct is only for internal order screening purposes. We will not upload your ID, date of birth or personal materials to any official government database.
- You confirm that you are purchasing goods for personal private use only, not for large-scale resale or illegal circulation.
2. Order & Payment Rules
- After you complete payment successfully, our team will review and process your order within 24 working hours. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We only cooperate with private independent payment channels to complete settlements. All payment records are stored inside our private system and will never be reported to any U.S. official institutions.
- You are responsible for confirming product specifications, quantities and delivery addresses before submitting payment. Modifications after order confirmation may delay shipment and require extra communication with support.
- We reserve the right to cancel unqualified orders, including orders with fake age information, invalid shipping addresses or suspected fraudulent payment behavior.
3. Privacy Commitment

4. Shipping Terms Reference
All goods are shipped directly from our private U.S. local warehouses via independent private logistics carriers. All delivery flows are private offline transactions without official filing:
- Standard transit time: 2–5 business days for most U.S. states, 5–7 business days for remote regions.
- Neutral unmarked packaging is used for all parcels to protect your purchase privacy.
- For lost or severely damaged packages caused by logistics faults, you can apply for free reshipment or compensation according to our independent Shipping Policy.
- We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, customer refusal to sign or long-term unclaimed parcels.
5. Refund & Reshipment Rules
Our refund rules are consistent with our independent Refund Policy:
- Full or partial refunds are only available for verified warehouse packing errors, logistics-lost parcels or severely damaged goods upon arrival.
- Requests for refund must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery status updates, with complete unboxing photos or video evidence provided.
- We offer one free reshipment option for eligible problematic orders as an alternative to refunds. If the second delivery fails due to personal reasons, no further compensation will be provided.
- No refunds will be approved for orders where you simply change your mind, provide false information or mishandle goods after receiving the package.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Customer
- You must provide real, complete and accurate domestic U.S. shipping and contact information. Any loss caused by false or incomplete information shall be borne by you.
- You shall take full responsibility for receiving parcels at your reserved address and keep purchased goods properly after delivery.
- You shall not use our website or purchased products for illegal activities, fraud, counterfeiting or large-scale commercial resale.
- You agree to receive order update notifications via email, WhatsApp or live chat; you may contact support to opt out of non-essential reminder messages at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We will take corresponding compensation measures only for issues arising from our warehouse packing errors or logistics loss confirmed by our private carriers.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays triggered by extreme weather, local logistics adjustment or customer-side address issues.
- We shall not compensate for indirect losses including personal time loss, work delay or other incidental expenses caused by delayed delivery.
- We do not bear legal liabilities if you violate local state laws by purchasing or storing our goods.
8. Prohibited Behaviors
You are forbidden to perform the following behaviors on our website:
- Falsifying age, ID or shipping information to bypass internal age verification;
- Submitting repeated false refund requests or fabricating damage evidence to claim compensation;
- Distributing our website links, order data or customer private information to third parties;
- Attacking, disrupting or tampering with the normal operation of our website;
