This Private Agent Recruitment Policy applies to all independent private agents located in all cities across the United States and Canada. Our agency cooperation is a fully private, offline-free confidential partnership. All cooperation processes, records and agent information are privately stored, withno government registration, no tax declaration, and no official regulatory filing of any kind. No in-person contact is allowed throughout the entire cooperation period.

1. Recruitment Scope
We recruit long-term private regional agents covering all cities and states in the United States and all provinces and cities in Canada. All agent positions are remote private cooperation roles, limited to local residents with valid local living resources in the US and Canada. Each city has a fixed recruitment quota, and recruitment will be closed immediately once the quota is full. We adhere to the principle of first-come, first-served for regional agent recruitment, with no additional expansion of quotas for saturated cities.
2. Core Cooperation Rule (Strictly Enforced)
Due to the confidentiality and sensitivity of our private business, we implement a 100% no in-person contact rule permanently:
- No face-to-face meetings, no offline gatherings, no physical negotiations at any time
- Zero offline contact between the official team and all regional agents
- All cooperation, communication, settlement, and work guidance is completed purely online
- No goods handover, no offline inspection, no physical signature procedures
3. Exclusive Communication Channels Only
To ensure absolute privacy and security, only the following communication methods are recognized and valid for all agent cooperation matters:

4. Agent Job Responsibilities
All agent work is simple, remote, and online-based, with no exposure to sensitive logistics and warehouse operations:
- Local market promotion and customer consultation reception in US/Canada local cities
- Answer customer order questions, shipping inquiries, and basic after-sales consultation
- Assist in local customer resource docking and order matching
- Feedback local market demand and regional policy information
Agents will never contact, touch, or transport any physical goods. All warehouse storage, packaging, private shipping and logistics delivery are independently completed by our official US warehouse team.
5. Private Cooperation Nature
This agent cooperation is a pure private individual partnership:
- No official business registration or certification required
- No government reporting, no tax filing, no public record disclosure
- All agent commission settlements are private online settlements
- All cooperation data is stored in our private exclusive system, never disclosed to any US or Canadian government departments, regulatory agencies, or third parties
6. Agent Qualification Requirements
- Aged 21 and above, holding valid local residential status in the United States or Canada
- Familiar with local urban market conditions, with stable online communication tools
- Able to respond to customer consultations and official messages timely every day
- Strictly abide by privacy confidentiality rules and no in-person contact regulations
- No illegal record, able to maintain long-term stable private cooperation
7. Commission & Settlement Rules
Agents obtain stable commission income through online customer development and consulting services. All commissions are settled through private secure payment channels. Settlement records are only used for internal team reconciliation and will not be synchronized to any official platform. No offline cash transactions are supported.We provide high commission incentives for all online private agents, with commission rates higher than the local industry average. All commissions are calculated based on valid completed orders referred by the agent.
All commission settlements adopt fully private online payment channels, with zero government supervision, zero tax declaration, and no official record filing. Settlement cycles are flexible and stable, with clear and transparent commission details for each order.
8. Strict Confidentiality Agreement
All regional agents must keep absolute confidentiality of our private business model, warehouse information, shipping channels, order data and cooperation details. Agents are prohibited from disclosing any cooperation information to competitors, third-party institutions or any government agencies. Once leaked, we have the right to terminate all cooperation permanently and withhold relevant commissions.
9. Prohibited Behaviors
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited, and violators will be permanently disqualified from agency cooperation:
- Requesting any form of offline meeting, face-to-face contact or physical negotiation
- Disclosing private cooperation information, customer data and shipping details
- Using our private business resources for illegal activities or unauthorized commercial resale
- Refusing to follow exclusive online communication rules
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Private Agent Recruitment Policy at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately after being posted on the official website. Continued cooperation as our agent means full recognition and acceptance of the latest policy terms.
